Join Me On My Journey To
Self
Sufficiency

A long time ago, in a state far, far away, I was broke and trying to make ends meet with hungry mouths to feed. I had to learn to not only pinch pennies, but to pinch a penny into a dime.
Do you clip coupons? Shop at thrift stores? Dumpster dive or curb shop? Go every week to yard sales?
Then, you might be a frugalite.
Do you actually use terms like "loss leader" and "bogo" in your everyday conversation?
Then you probably are a frugalite.
Do you have strange habits, like catching rainwater for watering your plants, or catching shower water for flushing toilets?
Then you definitely are a frugalite!
If you do these things, you and I have a lot in common. I've learned a lot in these last 30+ years of being sometimes poor, sometimes not, but always frugal.
I want to share some of my strategies with you here, to help you learn quickly what it has taken me years to learn.
So feel free to browse my blogs and other pages, and take a look at my shops. Put your feet up, relax and enjoy your visit!
